Accessibility at The Address Agency

Last updated 2026-08-20. We want every visitor, including people using assistive technology, to be able to browse our work, learn about our services, and book a project without barriers.

Our standard

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Accessibility is part of our build process, not an afterthought, and we treat it as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time audit.

What we’ve done

  • Semantic HTML landmarks, a logical heading structure, and a skip-to-content link on every page.
  • Full keyboard operability: navigation, menus, filters, forms, the video player, and the FAQ assistant all work without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
  • Text colors checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios on both light and dark surfaces.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Forms with visible labels, clear error messages announced to screen readers, and an error summary that receives focus.
  • Motion that respects your settings: with Reduce Motion enabled, background video, animations, and the animated graphics stop, and content is shown statically.
  • No autoplaying audio anywhere. Video players include play/pause, mute, fullscreen, keyboard shortcuts, and caption support.
  • Touch targets sized for real fingers, and layouts that reflow down to small screens and up to large zoom levels.

Known limitations

Some portfolio media is placeholder content awaiting final productions; captions and transcripts are added as real films are published. If you find anything else that gets in your way, we want to know.
