Clear details on productions, partnerships, pricing, timelines, delivery, and the South Florida markets we serve.
01
Productions
What services do you offer?
Four focused productions and three ongoing partnerships. Productions: Listing Launch, Agent Film, Development Story, and Progress Series. Partnerships: Signature Partnership, Agent Studio, and Team Studio. We also provide editorial photography, aerials, FPV, twilight production, property websites, floor plans, 3D tours, and integrated marketing when required.
I have a new listing. What should I book?
Start with a Listing Launch. It brings the essential property media—film, photography, aerials, and campaign-ready files—under one creative direction. Twilight, agent-led segments, neighborhood footage, and additional edits can be added based on the address.
Can you film me, the agent, on camera?
Yes. An Agent Film includes content development, talking points, on-set direction, optional teleprompter support, and professionally edited vertical videos for listing introductions or your personal brand. Sessions can be produced in English or Spanish.
Do you produce developer or leadership interviews?
Yes. A Development Story combines narrative development, directed interviews, site and location footage, and a hero film with campaign-ready social edits. Versions can be planned for the sales gallery, web, presentations, and social media.
Can you document a project under construction?
Yes. A Progress Series provides scheduled ground and aerial production, matched angles, milestone films, and social updates from groundbreaking through delivery. Visits can be planned monthly, quarterly, or around major milestones.
Do you fly drones? What about restricted areas?
Aerial photography, video, and FPV can be included where the address, airspace, building rules, weather, and safety conditions allow. We review the location before confirming the aerial scope so limitations are known before production day.
Is twilight production worth it?
It is especially valuable for waterfront residences, pool homes, architecture with strong glazing, and properties with meaningful exterior lighting. When twilight will not improve the campaign, we will recommend placing the budget elsewhere.
What formats do I receive?
Deliverables are organized by purpose: horizontal film for web and presentations, vertical film for social, MLS-ready photography, aerials, and any additional campaign cuts. Clean versions are prepared for MLS and co-broker use; branded versions are created for your own channels.
02
Partnerships
What is the Signature Partnership?
It is the most complete relationship: listing launch media, ongoing agent or team content, creative strategy, campaign planning, priority production, and one consistent visual system. The exact scope is tailored to your listing volume, team, and marketing goals.
Do you offer monthly content plans?
Yes. Agent Studio is built for individual agents and includes one focused monthly production session. Team Studio is designed for teams and brokerages with broader content needs and multiple voices. Both begin with a three-month term.
Do I need to post every day?
No. The objective is recognition, not volume. We create a focused library of useful, well-produced content and recommend a release rhythm that your audience can actually absorb.
Who handles the integrated marketing side?
Integrated marketing is available through Offbeat Creative LLC, a Miami creative agency. That relationship allows The Address Agency campaigns to extend into brand strategy, websites, paid media, PR, print, outdoor, and events while maintaining one creative direction.
Can you handle ads, web design, branding, or PR?
Yes. Those services can be added through Offbeat Creative LLC and scoped as part of one coordinated campaign. The production and marketing teams align before launch so the property, agent, and campaign feel consistent everywhere.
03
Pricing & proposals
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the property, deliverables, production complexity, usage, travel, and timeline. After a short brief, you receive a fixed proposal with the full scope and investment clearly stated. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
Can I book one production without a retainer?
Yes. Listing Launch, Agent Film, Development Story, and Progress Series can all be booked independently. Ongoing partnerships are available for clients who want a consistent production rhythm, not as a requirement.
04
Booking & delivery
How do I book?
Use the Plan a Production form and share the address, dates, objective, and services you are considering. We review the brief and reply with a recommended scope and fixed proposal, typically within one business day.
How fast is delivery?
Standard listing productions are typically delivered within 48–72 hours. Larger campaigns receive a defined delivery schedule during pre-production. Priority turnaround can be added when the calendar allows.
How should I prepare the property?
Clear counters, remove vehicles and visible bins, hide cords and personal clutter, confirm every light works, and prepare pools, landscaping, and exterior lighting. A complete property-preparation guide is sent with every confirmed production.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We plan exterior and aerial work around forecast, light, wind, and safety. If weather makes part of the production unusable, we reschedule the affected portion and communicate the updated plan before the deadline is impacted.
Can a production remain confidential or off market?
Yes. Private, unbranded delivery is available, and we do not publish client work in our portfolio or on social media without permission. Confidentiality requirements should be included in the brief.

About the studio
What is The Address Agency?
The Address Agency is a luxury property media studio serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. We create cinematic property films, editorial photography, aerials, agent-led content, and launch campaigns for listings, teams, developers, and property brands.
Who is behind The Address Agency?
The Address Agency is led by Saleem Zeidan, Managing Partner and Commercial Director, together with a dedicated creative production team. The studio combines real-estate insight, creative direction, cinematography, photography, aerial production, editing, and campaign strategy under one coordinated process.
What makes The Address Agency different?
We approach property as both a visual subject and a brand. Every production is planned around the address, its audience, and the way it needs to enter the market. The result is not simply a collection of images—it is a coordinated presentation built to give the property and the people representing it greater presence.
Can I see your portfolio?
Our inaugural South Florida productions are currently being completed and will appear on the website as soon as the work is approved and the related listings are public. Founding productions are now being selected.
Do you work outside real estate?
The Address Agency is focused on listings, agents, teams, developments, architecture, interiors, hospitality, and property brands. Broader non-property creative and marketing work can be handled through Offbeat Creative LLC.
